Welcome to T&D Management. We are a family-owned and operated real estate management company founded in 1967. 

Founders Tomasso and Deodata DiRusso arrived in Queens, New York from Formia, Italy in 1956.  With little English and a tireless work ethic, the DiRusso’s worked to build their business and raise a family. 

After starting their lives from scratch, the DiRusso’s ingrained hard work and problem-solving into the core values of T&D Management. Today, these values are foundational to the family business and continue to be upheld by the next generation of DiRusso’s and their incredible team.

T&D Management oversees property in Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan.
